Blog Hop

I’ve been tagged for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award/Tour. Thank you so much to Courtney Giardina – author of the novel Tear Stained Beaches and the soon to be released Holding on to Georgia for tagging me! Visit her website here: http://courtneygiardina.com/category/the-girl-behind-the-covers/

The rules are as follows:

1. Link back to the person nominating you for the award. (Done, and here you go again: www.courtneygiardina.com.)

2. Display the Very Inspiring Blogger Logo.

7-things

3. Reveal seven things about yourself.

Is there anything you want to know? I’m really not all that interesting, to be honest 🙂 I’ll share a few things, then.

Tidbit #1: I’m a Seinfeld and Friends fanatic. Every day, I watch at least one episode of one, if not both. And each day, I probably quote from one of the shows. I’m a firm believer that everything in life can be quoted back to a Seinfeld or Friends episode.

Tidbit #2: I haven’t read many of the classics. Why? Mostly because they bore me. I have to read around noise, often, and I can’t read a book like that with a lot of background noise, either.

Tidbit #3: I have one full book written, Things You See on the Side of the Road (title subject to change), a paranormal romance, of which I still have at least 2 more drafts to write. I am working on another Contemporary Romance right now, tentatively titled Caching in on Love, which is a play on words. At the rate I’m going, I wonder if I’ll ever finish.

Tidbit #4: I love exercise. Yes, there have been times in the past year I got off track, but I am doing a 90 day challenge (Bikini Body Mommy Challenge), and am almost done, and then I will start 2.0. I plan on doing the Beach Body PiYo soon as well. I love working on to a 90 day program.

Tidbit #5: I didn’t attend my high school graduation. Frankly, I didn’t want to. I didn’t have a lot of friends in high school, and just wanted to get the hell out of there. I always swore I’d never come back to the town I went to high school in. Well, now my family and I live there.

Tidbit #6: I’m full of self-doubt. About everything. It takes me forever to make a decision, and I plan everything super far in advance. I look at it from all angles and all possible outcomes. As a result, I often feel like a failure.

Tidbit #7: I love organization, but I’m horrible at it myself. I adore organizational materials, but ask me to organize something, like my closet, I lose interest SUPER fast. About 15 minutes in!

There you have it. Told you it wasn’t that interesting 🙂

4. Nominate seven others to receive the award.

Now I have to tag 7 people. Okay, here I go:

Jayne Denker: http://jaynedenker.com/
Jayne is the author of a few books, and pretty cool ones. She has a new book out in July, Picture This. She’s funny and super sassy.

Becky Monson: http://www.32goingonspinster.com/
If you want entertainment, be sure to check out Becky and definitely follow her everywhere you can. She’s a hoot! Did I mention her book 32 Going on Spinster has mega 5-star reviews?

Sarah LaFleur: http://www.lafleurdeplume.com/
Beautiful, poetic words – this is Sarah. She has written an incredible book, in 2 volumes, Who is Evelyn Dae? It’s a spectacular book with equally spectacular illustrations.

S.J. Pajonas: http://www.spajonas.com/
I wasn’t going to get through this without tagging my critique partner and daily texting friend Stephanie! She has 2 books of her series out, and her newest is Face Time, an Adult Contemporary Romance. She writes mostly sci-fi, but it’s sci-fi even I can follow. Her writing is fresh and unique.

Heather McCoubrey: http://heathermccoubrey.com/
In a nutshell, Heather is one of the sweetest people you could ever meet online, and probably in person! Her book To Love Twice was super cute, and her next book, Back to December, is available NOW! So go get it!

Michelle Read: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Michelle-Read-Author/580556831980280
I’ve watched Michelle go through the process of publishing her book over the past few months. Her book, Long Lost, is available now, and she is working on her next one. Go check her out!
